What products do you offer?

Ava’s Golden Paws is a premier pet supply store with a wide range of high-quality products for your beloved pets. Specializing in pet food and accessories, we also offer caged animal bedding, cat and dog clothing, freeze-dried and raw foods, human-grade treats, and more.

How can I place a custom order?

Simply stop by the store, call us at (715) 467-1615, or send us a message through our contact form. Let us know what you’re looking for — for example, a certain pet food brand or size of bedding — and we’ll check availability or order it for you.

If I order custom items, how long does it take?

Production and delivery times depend on the supplier and the item requested. When you place your custom order, we’ll give you an estimated timeline and contact you when it’s ready for pick-up.

I’m new to raw or freeze-dried pet food — can you help me choose the right product?

Absolutely. Our staff is happy to help you pick food based on your pet’s size, species (dog, cat, small animal), dietary needs, and lifestyle. If unsure, bring your pet’s existing food package or nutritional details and we can make suggestions.

Do you have loyalty programs, discounts or promotions?

We do! From time to time we run specials or offer discounts. Follow our social media or sign up for our contact list (if available) for announcements on upcoming deals and promotions.
